Goodfellow’s U.S. Expansion Began With an Acquisition
Goodfellow’s latest investment is not its first entry
into the American market.
The company already maintained a U.S. commercial presence
before acquiring Baltimore-based
Potomac Photonics in June 2024.
The acquisition gave Goodfellow an established American
manufacturing operation, along with specialist capabilities
it had not previously possessed.

can also involve immigration considerations.
